Waffle & Pancake Mix

Our customers enjoy the superior taste and texture of Carbon's Golden Malted® Pancake and Waffles Flour which has won many prestigious food industry awards. Customers are impressed with the versatility of the flour which is also used for baking cakes and breading other food items.

Waffle & Pancake Mixes

Carbon's Golden Malted® Pancake and Waffle Flours are blended with barely malt which provides several benefits. Malt is beneficial to your digestive system and acts as a natural sweetener, allowing for significantly less use of sugar in ingredients. Malt also contributes to our waffle's famous light and fluffy texture.

Original Pancake & Waffle Mix

Our flagship product, this award-winning flour mixture makes wonderfully light and fluffy waffles with a rich taste customers love.

Preparation: Pour 64 oz. water into a large bowl. Add 24 oz. (3 cups) pasteurized eggs and mix well. Add 1 package of flour and mix well. Add 1lb. of melted butter to batter and blend well.

Complete Waffle & Pancake Mix

Ideal for high-volume and self-serve applications like hotel breakfast bars, this recipe produces light and fluffy waffles with the famous Carbon’s quality and taste.

Preparation: Add on bag of flour to 2 ½ qt. (80 oz. / 10 cups) water and mix with wire whip until batter is smooth.

Cone Flour

Create delicious, fresh waffle cones for your customers using Carbon’s famous Golden Malted® Cone Flour.

Preparation: Pour 45 oz. of cold water into a large bowl. Add 5 lbs of Cone Mix gradually while mixing until the batter is smooth and lump free. Allow batter to stand for approximately 5 minutes before using.

Crepe Mix

We now offer delicious and easy to make crepes with Carbon’s Golden Malted® NEW Crepe Mix.

Preparation: Add 64 oz. of cold water into a large mixing bowl. Mix the contents of one package of Crepe Mix 3 lbs slowly while whisking until the batter is smooth and lump free. For the best results keep in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before using.

Gluten-Free Pancake & Waffle Mix

Certified Gluten-Free healthy and delicious pancake and waffle flour mix. Just Add Water.

Preparation: Add one bag of flour to 8 cups / 64 oz. of cold water and mix with wire whip until batter is smooth.

Multi-Grain with Buckwheat

Preparation: Pour 48 oz. into large bowl. Add 3 lbs of Multi-Grain Mix and wire whisk until batter is smooth. Optional: Add and stir in ½ lb of melted butter.

Desiree's Vanilla Pancake Mix

This pancake mix features the same taste profile as the original Desiree’s Buttermilk with lots of added Vanilla flavours for a much richer pancake experience.
